- sleep on the same time! and dont forget for set your alarm clock!this is that important
- we can sweep all disturb thing, with using pillow, or turn off your lamp to get your deep sleep guys.. sometimes, people feels that dark is more .deep.

- doing Relaxation make you fresh.u can try it!
- dont sleep after midnight,
- if u wake up on midnight, u can praying sunnah Tahajjud. its can make you more fresh to through yor life.and fresh strongly in the morning. after that, drink water one glass. fresh outside inside. yeah!
